Today was day #1 .....I got up at 6am and went to the gym for about an hour and a half..... 1 hr cardio 1/2 hr. weight lifting...chest and arms.
I feel like a fish out of water...since I havent worked out in 3-4 year..I forgot everything I knew about weight traning...but im just trying to take it slow and focus more on cardio.
My goal is to loose at least 10 LB before my winter vacation......
I weighed myself and im at 233 LB/ height at 5'8 / 23 yrs. old
