You can always store salad greens in your fridge for a quick snack. Also, think about getting fruit, veggies as well to snack on.
The best thing to eat in the morning would be the plain eggs (minus the sausage), or the breakfast burritos. Do they have cereal?
I would get a turkey sandwich for lunch (try to stay away from the processed meats and cheeses). Also include a salad or soup with that.
For dinner, I would get a chicken burger, with a salad or soup.
