no-xplode?
hi, i recently started a boxing gym not only for the cardio but also to gain some mass. i been curling and doing a lot of other types of workouts but not seeing any real results in my arms. i was thinking about taking no-xplode. My question is that since i have never really done any serious workout or weightlifting before the past 6 weeks, how long should i wait before i start no-xplode.
I dont wanna take it if i can still get results naturally, then when i level out id want to use it. thanks in advance
