hi all thanks for the welcome :)
I don't play any sports, but I love watching college football (thank god its back!), and the occasional NFL game; also a Braves fan, but they're making it hard this year to watch them -- well, the pitching at least; scoring 8 runs and losing should never, ever happen.
For now i've joined one of those Fitness 19 places that are popping up everywhere in my area, and I am going to use their facilities for ~2 months until the Lifetime Fitness in my area opens up in November.
Currently on MWF, I do weights for ~40-45 minutes, and on Tuesday/Thursday/Saturday I do cardio work on the treadmill
So far one week of being back on track, scale this morning was ~2 lbs less than it was last Monday; so far so good.
Now just gotta keep it up :)
