Nice! Congrats on the new fit of clothes.. that's always fun. I hear you on the getting up in the morning. I absolutely love early mornings after I get up, but it's that initial nice and warm cozy bed that is tough to get out of. All you have to do is start though. It's in your head. Once you throw the covers off of you and get out of bed.. you'll hate it at first, but you can push on and you'll be okay once you get moving.

And +1 to Josh's comment. It really does help when toning. I look back at my photos of 2005 and stuff (way back before I started working out), and then I look at now that I have been working out.. and I definitely can see different muscle definition. Anyway, good job. Keep going.
