Ya, I'm up to approx 12 miles a day so far. It's been hard to find time to cycle with my current job (landscaping & some construction work) By the time I get home, I'm pretty worn down and cycling would not be ideal. When school starts in 2 weeks, I'll have more time
As for liquids, I always carry plenty. I actually take a BCAA/water mix with me whenever I do cardio.
